1. Who is responsible

2. What I collect

• Inquiry form: your name, email, preferred dates, group size, tour preference, pickup and drop-off locations, your message, and a record of your consent (the checkbox wording, the terms and privacy versions, the page language and the time you sent the form).
• Messages: anything you send me by email or Telegram.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. I see your name, email or phone, the amount and the payment status, but never your card number.
• Website: the site sets no cookies and shows no advertising. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts page views, referring sites, country and device type without identifying you or following you to other sites. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

3. How I use it

Only to answer your inquiry, arrange and run your tour, process payments and refunds, and keep the records a business needs. I don't sell or share your information for marketing, and I don't send newsletters.

4. Who else processes it

• Web3Forms, which delivers the inquiry form to my email.
• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and provides cookieless visit statistics (Web Analytics).
• Google (Gmail), where inquiries and confirmations are stored.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. How long I keep it

Inquiry and booking details are kept for 1 year after your tour or our last message, then deleted. Payment records held by Stripe, and records I must keep for tax purposes, are kept for as long as the law requires.

6. Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info [at] mishatheguide.com. Records I must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept for the required period.

7. Children

The website and booking process are not intended for children under 13. Bookings are made by adults.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Earlier versions are available on request.
