Guide Mikhail beside his white Tesla Model 3 in Miami

I'm Mikhail. I show how Miami works: why it grew where it did, who shaped each neighborhood and how they keep changing. I plan every tour around your day, in English or Russian.

Tours

One guide, several ways to see the city.

Unlike scheduled group tours, there is no shared bus and no script. On the car tours you choose when and where we start; the walk starts at a fixed corner at a time you pick. The route adapts to your interests, the weather and the traffic on the day.

Why different

The tour is built around your day, not a timetable.

You choose the pickup location, the departure time, and how much walking you want to do. The rest of the itinerary is designed around those three answers.

  • Full customization

I plan the route and pacing around your preferences, the forecast, and city traffic or local events before we meet. If you want to linger at a favorite stop, I adjust the rest of the schedule so nothing feels rushed.

  • Private, no strangers

The car is exclusively for your party—no strangers join along the way, and no stops are timed around anyone else's schedule.

  • Local, not scripted

No memorized tourist scripts or celebrity gossip. Everything you hear comes from daily life in the city and deep archival research, adapting on the fly to the season and your curiosity.

  • Bilingual

The tour is available fully in English or Russian. For mixed groups, I move fluidly between both languages so everyone stays engaged.

  • Traffic-aware routing

I time the stops around live traffic, bridge lifts and the forecast, so the tour stays on schedule without cutting into your walking time.

Neighborhoods

Where the tours go

A short drive apart, these neighborhoods look nothing alike: 1930s hotels, warehouse murals and banyan-shaded streets.

White Tesla Model 3 outside an Art Deco hotel on Ocean Drive, Miami Beach

The car

A Tesla Model 3, quiet enough to talk over.

The car comfortably seats up to four guests. For tours that start or end at PortMiami or the airport, the spacious trunk holds two large suitcases and two carry-ons, so your bags stay with you instead of in a hotel luggage room.

How it works

Four steps from the first message to the pickup.

  1. 01

    Inquiry

Send your preferred date, number of guests, chosen tour format, and where you are staying.

  2. 02

    Date confirmed

Within 6 hours (9 am–6 pm Miami time) I confirm the date and total price and send payment links for the $100 deposit or the full amount. The offer holds your date for 24 hours, or until 24 hours before the tour if that's sooner.

  3. 03

    Pre-tour message

A day or two before the tour, we confirm the start time, pickup address and, on the 4- and 6-hour tours, any stops you want to add or skip. We fine-tune the route around the latest weather forecast, traffic conditions, and your personal preferences.

  4. 04

    Pickup

I arrive ten minutes early in the Tesla Model 3 and text you when I pull up; for the walking tour, I meet you at the start corner. Any remaining balance is settled at the start by cash or card.

FAQ

The questions that come up before every tour.

How many people fit on one tour?

Up to four guests, including the front passenger seat. The price is for the group, not per person, so four people pay the same as one.

Can you pick me up from the cruise port or the airport?

Yes. On the vehicle tours, PortMiami and MIA work as a pickup point, a drop-off point or both, at $50 for each. Your luggage stays locked in the car during the walks. The tour still runs its full length; the fee covers terminal access and waiting, not extra driving.

How is payment handled, and is there a deposit?

A deposit of $100 holds the date, and the balance is settled at pickup. You can also pay in full up front by card if you would rather not think about it on the day. Cancel more than 24 hours before the start time and the deposit is refunded in full.

What happens if it rains?

Miami rain is usually heavy and short. On vehicle tours I move the driving forward and take the walks when it passes; the walking tour pauses under cover. If a named storm, a hurricane or flood watch, or an official road closure makes the tour unsafe, I cancel and you choose a full refund or a new date.
